Quiet Weekend with good food

We had a nice and quiet weekend, with a lot of sun and fine cooking.

On Friday Daniela came over for a glass of wine to settle down the nerves. Kat and I had spaetzle with champion cream sauce.

Saturday, Beef lion with thyme & sherry vinegar potatoes, vichy carrots and balsamic jue.

Sunday, just plain cheese spaetzle with lettuce
